Why does a cabal have to have set targets? Troupe and Dawn have no targets. Uncaballed characters have no set targets, but find themselves in PK situations as much as anyone.

In what way is my idea lame? Is it just that you read my post quickly and were unable to spark your imagination to think of the potential of the idea? How about offering some suggestions as to how to improve it, rather then just disregarding it. You obviously are familiar with some of the Theran background, and put a little bit of time into your reply, but you didn't really explain why you think the Knights of Thalos are lame...
