I am not too sure, but has anyone perfected assassinate before? Looking at Neblarkan's logs, his assassinate is perfected. I counted them up, if it isn't perfected he is probably at 99 or so. This is unbeleivable considering he isn't all that old. I've only got to say this Neblarkan, way to go. You are truely a master assassin.
