The Implementors, and some of the Immortals, are already in a position to discover everything they need to about what has been going on. If a specific Immortal wishes to contact me in order to learn things I've found out, they can freely ask here, or for that matter, anywhere CF related. As to why I've posted here with this in the first place...
..sometimes it takes a little public attention to convince the powers that be to clean house thoroughly, rather than simply tell the guilty parties to be better (aka, more quiet about it) in the future, and cover up what has happened. Why would they do something like that? Because it saves face, and hiding the problem is often a seductively appealing solution in the short run for a group of image-conscious authority figures.
And then, perhaps I have said things before, and simply been ignored.. and am now interested in seeing if this brings better results.
