I dont see why it couldnt be roleplayed, actually it sounds kinda fun. Perhaps be a bounty hunter of sorts, that doesnt really care about the difference in cities or the woods, but more about being able to locate criminals anywhere. Or that he is hiring himself to the Arbiters in order to take crime fighting to the wilderness, a long known haven for the criminal element, and wishing to protect his wilderness from this...blah blah blah Possibilities are as limited as your mind
