Well, you are probably fighting mobs that are
way too easy to kill. I'd say if your evil,
practice on cityguards (this goes for nuetral too). If your a lightwalker, hang out in FoN in the past and just rank alone until 15-20. You will get parry at least to 90% and dodge to mid 80's. And your weapon if not perfected will be mid 90's.. This is good advice, use it..
