Of course, that is not the case, the section leaders are real active in recuitment and it seems there is now a race between the sections to get the most citizens. However, I will say this. The immortals and section leaders are keeping a close eye on people. No one is getting any second chances. If you mess-up once and break an imperial law with an immortal or section leader around, you will be axed fast. Three or four people were axed when those 30 imperials were on. I suppose I will be one soon enough.

Just to take a pond to your point. A RL friend of mine had his Emperial Assasin killed on easterne that night (what a fun night though, it had my blood flowing), anyway, he was killed by another bunch of Emperials. When he told the Warmaster what had happend, the Warmaster said something to the extent : I have talked with the blade and we agreed you should would on your deffence.
I am not sure if that is good RP or bad RP, I mean, I like the fact that the Warmaster frow upon those that die (even to a fully prep'ed gangbanggroup), but I am nut sure if the warmaster should sit back and see his blades killed one another. In my book he should have said 'You died to fast - Anathema' to the Assasin, and to the other blade ' You killed a Citizen - Anathema Anathema'

Just my thought.
