Secondly, nothing that was said infers anything out fo the ordinary. CF has marriages, so there could be sisters-in-law.

And since the only thing he says about the realm is that he doesn't speak of it, well, that is a bit of a stretch to go screaming. I've seen plenty of characters who profess to be from another 'realm' but have been transported/travelled to Thera.
