Primarily, it comes down to having a character who believes that the greater good is served by his/her cause, be it elimination of magic, imposing and enforcing laws, burning down all forests so magic can flourish, or whatnot.
Most good aligned characters who think like this view those who oppose them and are also of good alignment as being misguided, or otherwise in error. While they might prefer not to have to kill these people, they do so if they must.

Being a Lightwalker in Battle is not necessarily *easy*, but it can, and has, been done, and will certainly be done again.
