I would say there are numerous ways to
get out of a noexit room.

1. Vanish (if you can)
2. Die of hunger/thirst
3. Get someone who can vanish
to come in and kill you.

It is posted that supplications can only be
performed on a villager in the shrine of the
village. Pills are very clearly magical so
they are out. I think the immortals have
expressed there opinion about taking other
cabals supplications freely use at your
own disgretion.
