nasty claw damage
better hps
low strength

Arial:
flying
dual wield

cancelled out:
vulnerabilities
dex isn't much of an issue as -7 from koteg will knock both down (25 for arial, 23 for felar)
intelligence isn't an issue because the time spent getting from 71 to 75 is balancing out any learning speed advantage

I'd give the edge to felars.
