I'm not sure if maps are going to be put up here or not, but
as an uneducated guess if someone where to provide the maps
to Dioxide he'd probably put them up (excluding hell, trothon,
and probably alot of the newer heroish areas).

And as to the second part about VIP's, what you
see on the page is what is there. There are no VIP-only
items stats or whatever. To be a VIP you have to give
sexual favors to...oh damn wait! That's supposed to be a
secret!
