thief-arial or human(svirf is ok)
assassin-arial hands down
shaman-human
healer-dwarf or drow
druid-gnome or human
ranger-felar
transmuter-elf/drow
ap-fire
necromancer-human
invoker-elf/drow, maybe arial
bard-I like humans, some say arials
paladin-storm giant hands down

Cloud giants suck(wrath, negative, plague vulnerabilities)

Duergars kinda suck (water, wrath vulns), both of which aren't hard to come by, not to mention the low intelligence of both of these races.
