Putting aside my personal dislike or her as an IMM, I'll tell you a rumor I heard that may explain your problem.

I've heard that she is having RL difficulties and is not CFing for an indefinate period of time, so you may want to consider trying another Imm.

I would really like to suggest Selric. Good attitude, nice guy, easy to talk too and when I wrote him a note for an empowered character he actually WROTE ME BACK.

It's a big deal when your used to being ignored and dealing with the painful silence that involves empowerment for most gods.
