Eagles are so easy to kill if you know how. First you have them attack you, flee and run to the ocean where you have a transmuter friend waiting. Then the eagle comes flying in, the transmuter earthbinds and the eagle can't leave. Throw a soften and a couple slows and you have one dead eagle.
