I am likely talking out of my ass here so please bear that in mind. A human conjurer would have no exp penalty. at 30 or 31 he has the standard skills/spells to be formidable and the only race/class combo staring across from him would be no exp penalty. Stand at 31 and kill every race/class with an exp penalty that crosses the 22nd threshhold :). Having said it, its sounds unplausable even to me.

And the solid truth is that I just don't spend the time necessary to break the average mark in CF.
