Bottom line is right now if you take the oath and are not lawful evil, you will be screwed. It should not be like this. Being evil is supposed to be the easy way to power. What do you get in cf for changing to evil? You become weak beyond belief. Name one movie, book, and even history where changing to evil has made someone weaker. Did Satan himself become lose all his powers when he, as God's highest angel, turned evil and was cast from heaven? no....

I think there needs to be some physical and bodily punishment, but skills and spells should not be lost.
