With both of us wearing nothing but weapons, I beat a rager who was 4 ranks up on me, Now I know he didn't thirst(or that he was a berserker), but I am sure he had resist up.
No I do not have the log, but my point is not that I am so great or he sucks, but that powers take a secondary role in a pk situation to tactics.
Give me any two chars with equal clothes and within a reasonable range of ranks, and I do not care what cabal powers you give to who, the one who uses the right tactics (and has them work...this is where chance comes in) will win. period.
