Of course, it could be considered an assassination, if only Hilsbred didn't claim some lines below to hate the imperials all of his life. But if he lies here, isn't somebody who knows the truth in his right to notice and state it (yes, I saw Hilsbred repeatedly grouping with imperials too). My point is that it is not an assassination, but rather a counter attack. If you don't want to be nailed for your falsehood, don't lie. Let it be a lesson for Hilsbred.
