First of all, why did Hifflio use Halt? What was he trying to accomplish with that? I would suggest slowing them down instead.

Secondly, don't summon alot of bigass mobs and then start scourging. First scourge, then summon. As Challen suggested in a discussion about this, first use scourge alot to force them to bloodthirst, and then summon the bigass mobs.

Thirdly, focus your counterattack. Everybody attack one guy, and all at one time. The bard would be a good place to start.

Fourthly, c fly ingvar, get the falcon some wands and enlarge everybody. You *really* didn't seem very prepared in that fight.

Hmm, what else?
