Why?
He offered briefly then attempted to kill me, and tried to offer
it again. What's wrong with that?
Let me put it to you this way: the oft hiding assassin offers me
the bloodoath (key here is hiding.. (oh shit he might be stalking
me). With a bit of fear in my characters eyes, what's he to do. Well
I refuse, and moments later I'm attacked. We spar and I get away
a couple of times. He offers it again mentioning something about my
prowess and how the empire could use someone of my ability (wow a
little bit of sweet talking.. pretty good idea).
Of course, we'd much rather promote the typical hack n slash, kill
first ask questions later. I thought the way he approached it was
a bit different from the norm, and somewhat refreshing. If you don't
like it.. tough shit.
