Half of those posts turned into, Minalcar is overpowered bashes. Maybe so, but that's neither here nor there. Let's focus on the question at hand, which is, is the tattoo overpowered? I got burned a few times by this phoenix fire... didn't do much to me, but I had ways to deal with it. And I despised the fact that players could show up, phoenix fire you, then simply leave the area, and wait for you to croak. That's an abuse to me. But is the tattoo itself overpowered? Perhaps if some PK loony went around firing folks, and running away, waiting for them to die. I'm not certain this is the case for Svyatopolk. You initiated the attack on him, he rataliated. If someone shows a history of abusing the tattoo, I'm sure it will be taken away... Shokai watches... alot. Perhaps tone down the amount of times it hits... perhaps give you a save against each attack... that I could understand. It has the potential for abuse, but I have never really seen it abused as yet.
