Not even really followed, it's a big fuckin joke. As an Imperial Blade, I head into Galadon to purchase some potions. Check my PK, ONLY a rager in sight, so I head to the wizards shop and purchase a potion. I am then blinded attacked etc. Ran until my legs gave out and was slain. I am not complaining about the death, shit it happens. But the treaty? I ask the guy, he says it is because I used magic in front of him, I remind him I didn't, he said it is because I bought a potion in front of him. Come on, are we really serious here? The truce is so screwed nobody seems to know what the hell is going on. Notice I didn't use names, because I don't necessarily want to get the guy in trouble. But truce? Hardly. More like organized confusion.
