In a Tunnel
You stand in a tunnel that runs east and west, with the ceiling high
enough to allow a normal-sized giant to stand erect. The walls are made
of limestone and you can hear water dripping down from the spring on the
surface above you. To the west, the light just barely reaches a field of
stalagmites and stalactites that give an eerie look of a huge jaw, waiting
to crunch you. To the east, the tunnel continues, absorbing the light from
above and yielding no information about what might be beyond.
