Hey, Astein's not bad to newbies at all. He's just a hardass when it comes to interviews. Trust me on this, I knew him when he was mortal and I'd I'd watch him sometimes.
He's a very patient guy, I think. Just gotta get to know him. Don't come around without a good role or description, as he'll probably talk about those in the interview.
Above all, keep your head up, and you'll do fine.
