Look, sleep song is page 1 in the bard tactics book. If you go in w/o a counter to it and die because of it.. well, you're a moron. There were several things the arbiter could had done, but instead he tried to use sups which had no affect on a bard's ability to sing.
There are several things he could have done to counter flee-sleep tactics. He did none of them.
