This sucks in oh so many ways. First, I was creating a circle when it attacked. Second, I did put more mana into binding than conjuring, but (speculation) magic control worked for conjure (So more time) and failed for binding, but I couldn't know that. You parry a water elemental's drowning. A water elemental parries your slash. A water elemental parries your slash. A water elemental is in perfect health. <83%hp 41%m 100%mv> flee !
