There may be a difference in the ultimate effect on players, forum-readers, and the game in general but that isn't the topic of discussion, is it? The issue at hand is mental health and pathetic bids for attention. Or do you honestly expect us to believe you scurry to post the same repetitive nonsense (Do a forum search... ad infinitum)eight times a day (pardon the hyperbole)out of some fresh-faced, altruistic commitment to the (dare I say it, even in jest?) *integrity*, *glory*, and *dignity* of this senseless paean to a senseless game? Are *you* the last American idealist, who has chosen this forum as your stand against backbiting, pettiness, and chaos? Or are you just a lonely man content to scrape together the illusion of authority, community, and approval? Just like poor Arolin, who really ought to be pitied rather than ridiculed.
Don't get me wrong, my objection is not to the game or to the forum. The game is lovely. I object to using both or either as a method of self-aggrandizement. Right, Arcane? ;)
