You can't shove players into other players, last I checked.

You can't shove mobs into mobs.

You can shove mobs into players. Initially, you couldn't shove into cabal guardians. Then it was changed so you could, and many a Rager died horribly to the Destructor. I heard it was changed back, but I'm not sure if this is the case. I literally never once fought an Imperial Blade at the Destructor as Dhaevor. Literally, not once in my 450 hours. Go figure.

For example: Scarab necro vs. Imperial Blade. Blade redirects to an elite storm zombie, types "shove necro" and the zombie is now beating on the necro.
