Basically, yes. It wasn't meant to be character assassination... I don't want Proud Blade deleting my posts or something. :P

I was just reading the thread about how to "deal with an Arbiter" on the main board, and one of the points listed was "Befriend the Arbiter." I remembered this episode which had occurred shortly after I'd powerranked with Kopentol, and managed to dig up the log. Nothing more, really.

It's just one of the many reasons I can't stand Arbiters. :P
