...was merely that "Immortal" means "will not die, especially to Bruce Lee tactics". Your comments in the log seemed to imply that you were fighting to win, or at least make a good showing.
In a genre like CF, the gods should be treated like gods. Worship them, fear them, seek their favor, quietly hate them, or what have you. But as a mortal, even a heroed mortal, you are a tiny gnat to them.
Not too long ago, another Dawnie hero decided it was a good idea to walk into Cyradia's shrine and curse her name. Being a demon goddess of Destruction, bad things happened to him. He also sounded slightly surprised. I wasn't.
So, it's fine and dandy for you to choose a role where your character spits in the face of immortals and defies them. Just be aware that it is equivalent to poking grizzly bears with very short sticks.
