well..sweepkick sweeps the legs of your oponant and knocks them down. THis doesnt do much by way of mobs or by attacks but if you are fighting a person it does a few things.
1. keeps them from fleeing
2. keeps them from completing comands. so then if you keep a mage lagged by bash, trip throw etc they can have a very hard time casting spells or fleeing. This is why people seem to hate bash spammers because its very hard and fristrating to get away from.
Im sure others will elaborate on this because i am no game mechanic but this si a summary of what I know about lagging skills.
