1 : a measure of the unavailable energy in a closed thermodynamic system that is also usually considered to be a measure of the system's disorder and that is a property of the system's state and is related to it in such a manner that a reversible change in heat in the system produces a change in the measure which varies directly with the heat change and inversely with the absolute temperature at which the change takes place; broadly : the degree of disorder or uncertainty in a system
2 a : the degradation of the matter and energy in the universe to an ultimate state of inert uniformity b : a process of degradation or running down or a trend to disorder

1 obsolete : CHASM, ABYSS
2 a often capitalized : a state of things in which chance is supreme; especially : the confused unorganized state of primordial matter before the creation of distinct forms -- compare COSMOS b : the inherent unpredictability in the behavior of a natural system (as the atmosphere, boiling water, or the beating heart)

Now...[ENTROPY]the cabal we all love and hate is a cabal of chaos...which as you're read above, is defined as being unpredictable, where chance is supreme. This alone gives any induction/uninduction into or out of Entropy a 50% chance of happening or not.
Now to address the 'immortals not liking you' I interacted with Stoltrop a few times as a mortal...rather boring and single minded for a Baron really, tended to do one thing...screw with Arbiters, when you decide to take on one organization only...you're prescribing to an order, in this case the opposition of order which is not chaotic...just a different form of predictability. Entropy immortals interaction tends to be quite different than any other immortal interaction, where chance tends to play heavily in what they do and how they react to your reactions.
Every think if you ignored it, skipped along, and then continued to do chaotic stuff...perhaps you'd be back in? It's happened before. You'll forgive me if I can't remember the name, but there was a Baron that was inducted/kicked out/inducted/kicked out/etc a good 4 or 5 times in his career. When you deal with chaos, you deal with chance. There's no immortal conspiracy behind this...sorry to burst your bubble.
