More like Nib TRIES to defend but only succeeds in pestering me enough to draw me off the giant and drop him to writhing before he vanishes and I return to the giant again. I would have finished the giant on my own the first time except that the imperials showed up and buggered it up, til they decided the help the second time. Their biggest help in that fight was killing Nib for me
