I used dispel evil against plenty of people.

1) Because I didn't use demonfire at all ever.

2) Because fatigue a lot more mana than dispel evil.

3) Because dispel evil is 1 round lag and fatigue is 2, if I remember correctly.

4) Because I never liked fatigue for the move reduction aspect when i could use energy drain for mana+move reduction.
