Masters SHOULD be the hardest cabal to get into. ONe reason why at times it tends to be rather easy for idiots to get it is dependant on the village. If their leader is mass inducting, We kind of need to keep up or be dead.
To be a master or should be a HUGE turning point in your characters life, nothing else should be important to him untill you gain admittance and begin learing. It would be the equivelant of applying for MIT in Engeneering. You will do ANYTHING to make your application stand above the rest. And work hard for it as well.
If all you want is transform, tome, scourge, and control..and are getting tired of having to wait for it, then find another cabal. I personaly think you should have to work your tail off to get into a cabal let alone masters. I am also dissapointed tremendouslyt when i set out to get into a elite cabal and manage to get in with a 30 min interview..I always feel let down.
