Well, I'd have to go with "another lich" but that's sort of a cop-out I suppose.

Sylvan cloud ranger is way up on my personal list as well.

Assassins are good, but far from the best, IMHO.

I probably should re-think my initial statement, sadly.... An arcane transmuter is worse for lich-killing than a conjurer... but not by much. :P
