I personally started attacking Kennan after I caught he and some mongoose trying to kill the ancient ranger lord together. Breaking violently into a ranger guild and trying to kill a ranger for his hat would be a pretty big sylvan no-no.

Kamal never really trusted Minalcar after he became the Warlord of Asmodeus. . .but you don't go killing your old friends without a pretty good reason, either.
