From my own experience, said Arbiter has little talent and is verbal inept. I am sure you were told you were 'incompetent' and a 'blithering fool' because besides quoting the law, those are the two phrases known to said arbiter. Have no fears, you are not the first to receive a bad flag from him, nor the second and so on...there are a number of ducmented cases, and trust me, if he continues it it will come back to him. He plays a character who is sphere anger. Somehoe I suspect his RL is troubled as well because often a persons true character reflects in RPG's. As I was saying, be patient, he'll die off.
