Way back when, I had a Nazmorghulite necromancer named Sortiarius. Somewhere around 20th level I'm ranking in the Emerald Forest with a group. A Battlerager (I don't remember his name) many levels above us (and out of range) shows up and follows us all around the forest, stealing each kill before we can land the death blow. He taunts us for a while and after about 10 such steals we get kind of sick of him. I ask him just how stupid he really is and tell him he should follow me instead of our group leader. He does. I run him through Galadon and north of the city and into the heart of Nazmorghul's shrine. He laughs and says, "big deal". I relock the shrine door with my tattoo, passdoor out, and leave him there to starve to death.
Now, in a case like this (given your opinion of how things should work), who's broken the rules there?
