If I was a rager I would be doing the exact same thing.
As far as perfecting spells and such..espically at that rank.. DONT do it in Galadon.. Go to one of the quieter towns and practice in your guild there.

BUT I still dont see the point of posting this log unless you are trying to educate all the magi to be more careful and not spam in the galadon guilds
