Considering I'm seem to be unable to "think outside the box" as Nepenthe says, the majority of my anti-frightful fiend tactics includes wording and spamming heal heal at a temple healer, not being able to do so would be like "fuck me, I'm dead" especially as a giant. Although, I now know where to get at least one ultra-fucking expensive(unless you rank in Drow City for years) resist mental item so I don't fear them nearly as much, but damn...
