1.)They're raiding.
2.)It's obvious they are raiding.
3.)In raids, parity is not as important. (see Rager Commandments)
4.)If you attack them, you are now part of a raid. Your part became that of a defending Arbiter and you paid the price. (again, see Rager Commandments)
5.)I would expect to see this if they had been fighting a relatively tough mob outside of a Cabal. The need for parity is diminished by the presence of another individual, be it mob or player. i.e., Don't jump one Rager in a group as a necro with your bazillion Shadar zombies and expect that Rager to say to his groupmates, "Wait, guys! This is my fight and I don't care if I am outnumbered 8 to 1, parity must be maintained!"
6.)Courage is not stupidity.
7.) If you ignore these simple guidelines, you forego your right to bitch and moan.
