2) The log wasn't accompanied by derogatory or assassinating comments. The VIPs, with Graatch at the helm on this topic, decided that a log couldn't in and of itself be assassination(with some exceptions which we won't go into). If the log is accompanied by character assassinating comments, it'll likely get deleted. Obviously there are always exceptions and caviats and all that good stuff.
