I think if you want to kill them and have it be easy on you as well (ie little to no practice necessary and easier to escape with your own ass) I'd take a shaman or conjurer.

Transmuters have a lot of practicing to do, I didn't practice shit with Imbrogno and I didn't practice shit with Polemachus and I killed more people than killed me and that's really all it's about.

Conjurer or shaman.
