Well, actually I agree with the hawk here. It is some time since I last played an air minor, but as far as I recall, you can't use where in the air, which kinda make you a sitting duck in combination with the fact, that you take huge amounts of damage, and that it is practically impossible to flee. I would never go air minor.
Now, I know air forms were changed a lot, so I might be completely off base here.
