The two logs(this one and Hruptek's) both dealt with blithering fools and are thus not a strong basis for argument, but I still think I'd be given a hard time for having a different view. If I were to do it I'd feel obligated to go all the way in the other direction just to prove a point and I can just imagine having to go to the immortals for induction in the face of a less open-minded mortal inducter(is that a word?) either because close-mindedness is in his RP or because he's a power-tripping assmunch.
I've never spoken with Narlock(my break from CF began shortly after he got leadership). I just hate it when some schmuck comes along and changes everything in an instant. I'm the type of person that doesn't like change all that much and I usually lash out at people that make changes, especially changes I disagree with (See "Imbrogno's relationship with Sebeok" in the "I" book of your encyclopedia).
