I retrieved countless times against the Hall. Not once was I flagged for it. While retrieving, I also attacked anyone in range at the stern guard. This was not a crime as Gachricar, Grislan, Chajede, Trasthe, Kennan put it. If I'd attacked them outside, one east of the Hall, then I would have been flagged. But they even -told- me I can attack them while retrieving. So, I don't know what's up. Some things change I suppose. However, asking for a reason isn't very Baron-like. I took every flag they handed me without complaint, almost like an honor badge. But yeah, this guy is flimsy and should be dealth with.
