But that doesn't really say anything. For almost
every single skill and spell there will be people
who think it's underpowered, and other people
who find it useful. That the "forum opinion" has
changed only means that another set of people have
voiced their opinion. The same people who thought that
energy drain was useless earlier, probably still
feels that way.
