Never thought about life's tomb or fire and ice, when I had Baldur they weren't around yet, but damn are they nasty songs. Forgot to also say to not worry about being blind until you have to run then it's good to call up truesight. Remember that you can truesight blindness from scourge, but you can't truesight flash and while blinded you can't be flashed if that makes sense. Check 'gr' often enough to see if everyone is hurt. If that's so which is most likely because you're eating geysers and scourges then you can have an efficient use of your mana with life to the dying. Also you should play an arial bard a bit different then you would a high charisma bard. Don't rely on your songs as much and try to wittle them down and then go for the 'fiend'. Basically as a rager bard I felt like I could really make a difference in group on group fights by keeping people alive. That's it; hope it's helpful.
