the structure will be when it is finished. All around you
construction of every type is taking place. Buildings are being
erected in every direction. Roadways cut perfect lines between half-
finished structures. Unnamed roads wait to the south and east, while
to the north another building is being constructed. The mountains
block any progress to the west.

An Engineer commissioned by the Empire oversees the construction.
